Wandering round Newark we found this lovely place for a late lunch called Green Olive.
With a nice charm and an old espresso machine dominating the counter we knew that the coffee would be good.
A good and varied menu with a Greek twist, I opted for a salt beef and Dijon ciabtta with a flat white.
What a delicious sandwich, warm bread, with everything nicely in proportion, the flat white was great and strong.
Definitely worth finding in the corner of the market Square near the town hall.
