I love Ice cream about as much as I love my coffee, so the chance to have “my cake and eat it” at Lincoln’s latest arrival took no persuading.
Situated on the picturesque Bradford Waterfront inside the foyer of The Hilton, we have Gelato.Cool a local business that makes delicious authentic gelato.
With such a choice of gelato and sorbet to choose from it was difficult, but I went for a firm favourite of salted pistachio and coconut. Wow what a great choice, smooth and delicious, you could eat it all day long!
So a trusty flat white fulfilled the coffee side beautifully served with a mini cone of vanilla gelato as a sampler. The coffee was great, nice and strong flavours bursting through which complimented the gelato nicely.
With nice clean sharp lines, the place is nicely presented , it’s a welcoming place where we’d come back to again, yes it’s a little walk from the high Street but it’s well worth the effort as the reward at the end mashed up for the couple of minutes still down the Brayford.
